Christmas Parties

With activities to suit all ages, our facility is an easy way to please each and every one of your guests. You can choose to go with one of two Santa Paks, (minimum of 20 guests) or plan your own catering and rent one of our rooms for your group! Please see the various options below.

Santa Paks are available November 19 through December 18, 2011
Saturdays and Sundays from 10:00 am - 1:00 pm OR 2:30 pm - 5:30 pm.

OPTION 1

Santa Pak I

$17.95 + GST per person includes the following:

• Unlimited same day access to all of the Exhibit Galleries (excludes Titanic: The Artifact Exhibition).
• Unlimited same day access to scheduled Science Demonstrations.
• Unlimited same day access to Margaret Zeidler Star Theatre Shows.
• Lunch includes an all-beef hot dog, small bag of chips, juice/water, orange, candy cane and cookie (no food substitutions).
• Party Room for lunch, gifts and Santa (Santa is to be provided by the organization holding the party. TELUS World of Science does not provide this service).
• Gifts for the children are available for advance purchase. Please contact the TELUS World of Science Gift Shop at 780-451-3344, press #6 for more information. 

Santa Pak II

$23.95 + GST per person includes the following:

• Your choice of one of our scheduled IMAX films*.
• Unlimited same day access to all of the Exhibit Galleries  (excludes Titanic: The Artifact Exhibition).
• Unlimited same day access to scheduled Science Demonstrations. Unlimited same day access to Margaret Zeidler Star Theatre Shows.
• Lunch includes an all-beef hot dog, small bag of chips, juice/water, orange, candy cane and cookie (no food substitutions).
• Party Room for lunch, gifts and Santa (Santa is to be provided by the organization holding the party. TELUS World of Science does not provide this service).
• Gifts for the children are available for advance purchase. Please contact the TELUS World of Science Gift Shop at 780-451-3344, press #6 for more information.

* Please note that every member of the group must attend the same IMAX film on the day of their event. No exceptions. IMAX film choice must be selected in advance, with final numbers submitted to TELUS World of Science on the Monday prior to the party date.

OPTION 2

• Choose your caterer. A 15% surcharge applies on your catering bill.
• Choose one of the rooms listed below to host your lunch, gifts and Santa (Santa is to be provided by the organization holding the party. TELUS World of Science does not provide this service).

Starlight Room
$275.00/3 hours
Capacity: 80 (maximum capacity)

Winspear Learning Centres
$195.00/3 hours
Capacity: 140 (maximum capacity)

Time slots for these rooms are 10:00 am – 1: 00 pm OR 2:30 pm – 5:30 pm.

• 20% discount in the Gift Shop on your group purchase for your function in advance of your party. Contact the Gift Shop at 780-451-3344 and press #6 for more information. Discount does not apply to telescopes, accessories, binoculars and cale items. Not valid with any other coupon or offer.
• If you would like your guests to have access to any other areas in the facility, admission tickets must be purchased. Please check our website for Admission Fees or speak with one of our Bookings and Rentals Facilitators. Note: General Admission does not include the Feature Exhibition Titanic: The Artifact Exhibition.
