VEGA Scholarship Fund
In 1987, thanks to a generous individual sponsor, TELUS World of Science established the VEGA Scholarship Fund. This fund is dedicated to sponsoring elementary school age children in Edmonton and immediate districts to attend a Summer Science or Computer Camp of their choice at TELUS World of Science. In 2008, 25 elementary school-aged children were selected to attend one of our Summer Camps. Our Summer Camps are designed to stimulate and promote a continued interest in learning while offering a truly enjoyable experience.
