Confirm Your Visit
- Your field trip is not confirmed until you have received a written confirmation letter. For all registrations (e-mail, telephone, fax, mail), a confirmation
slip with booking number will be sent to you by e-mail, fax or mail,
upon receipt of $50 non-refundable, non-transerferable deposit.
- Once you receive your confirmation please check that all details on your booking confirmation are correct and read the cancellation policy.
- Assign supervisors to students at the required ratio (Minimum 1 supervisor for every 5 students required for Grades K-3 and 1 supervisor for every 10 students for Grades 4-12)
- Supervisors to remain with their students at all times.
- Arrange to arrive at TELUS World of Science at least 30 minutes prior to start of your field trip.
- Bring full payment in the form of a school cheque payable to Edmonton Space & Science Foundation, credit card or cash. Personal cheques are not accepted.
