Week-long camps that run between July 5 - August 28, 2010 

 

Summer science and computer camps for girls and boys who want a week of science-packed, fun-filled excitement this summer!  With a wide range of camps emphasizing hands-on learning, Science and Technology have never been more interactive and fun than they are at TELUS World of Science - Edmonton.

Camps may include films in our IMAX® Theatre and/or full-dome shows in our Margaret Zeidler Star Theatre, a trip to the Observatory, guest speakers, field trips, a parent participation day and/or visits to our fabulous Exhibit Galleries including The Body Fantastic in the Allard Family Gallery; Mystery Avenue in the Hole Family Gallery; The Greens’ House in the EPCOR Environment Gallery; and Space Place in the TransCanada PipeLines Gallery. Camp attendees may also experience Science Demonstrations on our Syncrude Science Stage.

Maximum class size, unless otherwise specified, will be 20 participants for Science Camps, 17 participants for Computer Camps, and 16 participants for LEGO® NXT Robotics Camps.
